The Fire Comissioners meet twice a month, on the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of the month, at 7pm. On "odd" months, they meet at the Danby Fire Hall, on "even" months at the West Danby Fire Hall.

Because of ongoing construction in the Danby Fire Hall, the January, March, and May meetings will take place in the West Danby Fire Hall.
