Calling All Crafters, Vendors, and Exhibitors:

You are invited to participate in Danby Fun Day on Saturday, July 14, 2012, at the Danby Fire Station, 1780 Danby Road.

Fun Day is a community-based organization that benefits the all-volunteer Danby Fire Department. For 2012, proceeds will be donated to Fire Chief John Gaden and his family, as he recovers from a serious motorcycle accident.

Fun Day starts at 10am and ends around 4pm. It includes a parade, music, displays and vendors, demonstrations, a Chinese Auction, and games. Food events include a chicken barbecue at noon, and an ongoing burger/hotdog stand throughout the day. Bathrooms are provided.

Setup begins at 8am. Please bring your own tables/chairs, and tent/canopy if you need one.

Vehicles must be removed to off-site parking by 10am

The fee is $10.00 for a 10x10 space. We apply this fee towards our event expenses.

Deadlines: Forms and Checks are due by no later than [date], 2012. Spaces are limited, and will be assigned on a first-application basis.
